night on the town

today was so enjoyable. for starters i was up until 5:30 this morning and as such i slept until 11:45am. i got a little house work done, and then i went down to the amon carter museum and saw the frank gohlke exhibit that they have on display. i thought his work was quite interesting and the exhibition was huge, i think there were probably around 60-70 pieces in the show as a whole. after that i went to dinner with some friends and family - which was nice as i don't get a chance to do that very often, and then i went to a classical concert at TCU. it was a piano trio and i greatly enjoyed the opportunity to hear them play. so today was lovely. tomorrow is going to be busy, i have two classes, i have to work on a project for a class, i have errands to run, and i'm sure there will be other little surprises that will pop up as the day progresses.

hey, I'm not sure if you've seen the flyers but COVAD is sponsoring a trip to Paris for Spring Break 08. I'm so pysched about this as I've decided to wait to study abroad next semester.

You should check it out(email Cynthia Mohr at mohr@unt.edu for more info). The application deadline(and the non-refundable $250 deposit) are due October 25th.

i have seen the posters, and i got all the information on the trip, however i think i might do the london trip over the summer instead. i don't want to waste my money for the spring trip, as you don't get any credit for it, but you get 6 credits for the london trip!
